The Yarzon Scavenger is described in the Hunting Log as being in the Footfalls. The problem is that's a huge area. To find this particular breed of six-legged freaks, head North past Vesper Bay. Continue North until you come to the murky area and the Yarzons are right there as you emerge from the tunnel.
If Laughing Toads are on one of your hunting logs at rank 3, then these are in the same area, just further in.
