The Gladiator-style Mamool Ja Breeder can be found among others of his kind in Upper La Noscea. But for the Pugilist Log, at least, you don't need to worry about the other types (such as the Mamool Ja Sophist).
They can be found in two distinct areas of Upper La Noscea, which is annoying because you need five. I only found five as well, so if someone else it burning them down you'll have to wait for them to respawn. That or look for the FATEs they're in.
