"Squawk, Two-Legged Landlubber!" Well, at least this one doesn't belong to a pirate. The Colibri are beautiful, pink, toucan-like birds in Eastern La Noscea. But they can be aggressive and attack people at random. So I guess that's why you need to "trim their numbers".
Where are They?
Head North along the beach from the Costa del Sol and you'll see some at beach-level before you hit Hidden Falls. However, there are just as many on the grassy bit above your head, than at sea-level. If other people are questing here, or also working on their Hunting Log, head up the hill then come back South.

Are they Birds?
Looking closely at their wings, it actually looks like the Colibri is part reptilian. Their body seems more scaly than feathery too.
