Anole Location in FFXIV

The Anole, along with its higher-level cousin, the Lindwurm (which is in Sorrel Haven in the Central Shroud) is a type of Raptor, known usually for breathing fire. There are many of them at Naked Rock, which is North-East of where "Greentear" is labelled on the map.

The coordinates below are roughly the middle of the area, but you'll find Anoles on the approach from the West. This depends on not having followed another player who has wreaked destruction there already!

You May Not Need to Hunt Them

Anoles are actually part of the MSQ quest A Soldier's Breakfast. This means you may not need to purposefully seek out these creatures at all, but just clear it by default.

Alpha Anole

In pretty much the same place, you can the Alpha Anole. But this one only spawns with the FATE Leader of the Pack. This takes place around X:31, Y:21

The Alpha Anole is a Hunt target, rather than a Hunting Log one.
