The 4th Cohort Secutor is a Pugilist-class Garlean soldier, wanting to tame us "Savages" with swift punches to the face. Because that's how you show you're not a "Savage", right?
If you're on the Marauder Hunting Log, show him that a swift axe to the face is more effective!
4th Cohort Secutor Location
You can find them at Cape Westwind
in Western Thanalan. Yes, that place you have to travel ages to reach because the nearest Aetheryte is at Horizon! They guard the area with others in their division, such as the 4th Cohort Hoplomachus.
You may need to cycle around to get all five, especially if another player is around doing their MSQ or Hunting Log.

How Many 4th Cohort Secutors for Hunting Logs?
This Garlean is unique to the Marauder Hunting Log (if you excuse the "Relic Books" anyway).
You need to take out five of them. Again, I only managed to locate four. But I have the observation skills of a brick some days!
