With older cosmetics, I have to be a bit more gracious in my descriptions. This one will be ten years old by the 2022 Anniversary Event, after all. The Firework Hoodless Cloak has a pale grey and pink background with orange and yellow firework bursts. The colours don't really stand out though, so I think I need to see how well this one dyes.
Sometimes a dye can take an average cosmetic and make it look great. I'll see if I have time this year, though the 15th Anniversary is likely to be busy!
