Now this is a fireworks cloak. The Fire Flower Cloak is nearly black and among the silver stars burst orangy-yellow and teal fireworks. These really stand out and are eye-catching. It doesn't feel overdone either as there is plenty of space (haha) between the fireworks and a rough edge all around it.
Definitely more fire than flower, but you can see where the idea for the name came from.
