I'm normally all for any outfit item that I think genuinely fits the Elven theme. I also have a weakness for circlets. But, while the Fine Elven Circlet undoubtedly fits that description, I've found that is a tad too fine sometimes. This is especially for my lighter-skinned characters as it can barely be seen sometimes. I must try it on my darker-skinned Beorning sometime.
This circlet is beautiful though, despite what I've said. It is made up of many tiny golden beads with an unobtrusive diadem just above your middle forehead.
