The Cloak of the Shining Star really is bright! A pretty-much pure white material with light yellow patterns, LOTRO were not joking when they said it was "shining"! As you would expect an outlined star features between the shoulder blades with the rest being swirling patterns inside a solid border.
Although it is not technically in a set, this cloak goes well with:
- Silken Robe of Golden Splendour
- Silken Gown of Golden Splendour
(Pages coming soon). Oh and the white portion of this cloak dyed very well.
