The Cloak of the Raven is not just symbolic - it has actual bird wings and head on it! This Fall Festival cloak is based on two different cloths and has two grey and purple raven wings extending from your shoulders and down your back stitched over them.
And, after all these years, I've only just noticed the two bird heads in the bottom right and left corners. I haven't even added the actual wings cosmetic you can use to the database yet, but I suspect I will do very soon!
There is no Hooded Cloak of the Raven as it is designed to work with the Raven Festival Mask.
How to Get the Cloak of the Raven
This cosmetic can drop from the Poorly Hidden Chest in the Haunted Burrow during Fall Festival.
How Well Does It Dye?
This question is subjective, so you should always use the outfit designer/fitting room UI before applying a dye. However, the Wiki
does show it in navy blue. Here, I've shown it in Umber...I think!
