The Cloak of the Fifth Season is hooded and the pattern is made up mostly of two shades of green (not fifty). Sindarin letters are inscribed at the top with what looks like either giant leaves - or wings - either side. This descends to a very elegant swirling pattern and would make a good cloak for a Wood-Elf, I think.
What exactly the "Fifth Season" is, I don't know at this point!
Anyway, there is no unhooded version of the Cloak of the Fifth season, I'm afraid.
