Seps is not a giant like the Giant Loggers, but it is an enormous Dragonfly.
So, don't do what I often do and fly to the southern part of Coerthas to wait for the FATE!
Instead, fly directly to the location below, or head to Whitebrim Front and out its northern gate.

As this is where players need to come to unlock the Stone Vigil dungeon, expect not to be alone out there. Giant Seps is a relatively easy FATE, so join in if someone else is taking him down.
The only thing to bear in the mind are the nearby Dragonflies. That is because the FATE will sync your level to around about the same as them.
