In FATEs?
No, as with the 5th Cohort Secutor, the 5th Cohort Hoplomachus does not appear in any FATEs. However, FATEs do occur near Castrum Centri, so expect these Imperial shield-bearers to join in if you get close enough!

Where are they Specifically?
As they're around and in Castrum Centri, I've not put exact coordinates in. Depending on whether or not you're following someone else into the Castrum, the dots on the mini-map should help you locate them.
However, on the off-chance that you're in Hunting Log 5 by the time you're on the L47+ 
MSQ, the 5th Cohort Hoplomachus feature in a few MSQ quests.
