If you landed because you're on the Pugilist Hunting Log run, then the Goobbue is the first of three different types of this enemy! Indeed in La Noscea and the Black Shroud there are a fair few types.
This one, simply known by it's species name, can easily be found in the area South of Wineport. While I have given vague coordinates, they take up a huge area. The most northerly point is X:17.2, Y29.0 and the most southerly X:17.0, Y:32.2

This enemy is part of Pugilist Hunting Log Rank 4, and you require three.
The Goobbue, in this form at least, does not appear in any of the other logs.
