The Mantle of Entwining Blossoms is a very ornate golden shoulder-piece. It still has a hint of wood/vine texture to it and many tiny leaves all around, but absolutely makes up for any lack of vines you may have elsewhere on your outfit!
In the centre at the front is a single blue flower, as found elsewhere in the Midsummer Festival cosmetics, such as the Circlet of Entwining Blossoms.
Mind the Gap
It does sit quite loosely over your shoulders and front, so there is something of a gap between you and it. Maybe it's more comfortable that way. But it's something to bear in mind if you're designing a LOTRO outfit that includes this mantle.
