While other older cosmetics have aged well, if I’m honest, this is not one of them. If you’re wanting a cloak with leaves on it, then the much newer Cloak of the Autumn Sage will serve you better, I think.

That said, you may like it! Beauty and the Eye of the Beholder, and all that. It’s not a Disney^TM movie, but sounds like it should be.

And although the Wiki doesn’t say it, I’m fairly sure that the Cloak of the Falling Leaves may be found in the “Poorly-Hidden Chest” (or one of the others) in the Haunted Burrow.
