I need to get this cloak this year (2021). When I first started playing LOTRO I didn’t fully understand how festivals worked and my computer was old and the graphics were bad. So I honestly don’t remember this cloak looking as good as it does now!
The Cloak of Nárië is made of leather and overlaid with two tones of green material. I’m not sure if the white pattern was meant to signify anything, but I really like it. If you’re wondering what Nárië is, I’ve explained that on the Surcoat of Nárië page.
