The Circlet of Entwining Blossoms is an intricately-woven, gold-looking vine which wraps around your head.
On your forehead is a silver, diamond-shaped adornment and on the sides are the elegant blue flowers found on the Mantle and in the mane of the Steed of Entwining Blossoms.
Ignore the Fuzz
While beautiful, it comes with the downside of being somewhat pixelated around the edges.
But it's good to see LOTRO pushing the boundaries with transparency, and I'd encourage them to continue that.
