Mount Description
Given that, in 2022 we celebrated the 15th LOTRO Anniversary Event, with the Summerfest Steed we're talking about a mount created 11 years ago. And with a little refinement, and new hair/tail textures, this design could be as Summery as anything new made from scratch.
It's a pure white horse/pony mount with mid-green barding, slightly darker green edging and sunshine yellow areas. Add some vines, small flowers and elegant swirls and you have a Summerfest Steed that looks good for its age.
Opinion: It's just a pity LOTRO still charge 70 Mithril Coins 
for the older mounts, because now that seems overly expensive.
