A Festivity Token Mount, the Picnic Steed from the Farmers Faire is earthy-brown and laden with enough food for an outdoor meal. Whether you share it or not is your decision to make! Just remember to scale up the food depending on how many Hobbits are attending.
The caparison is, basically, your picnic cloth. And, although you have a saddle, it's a looser, more comfortable-looking one than those on other LOTRO mounts.
