This is the lower-body part of the two-piece Autumn Traveller set available during the LOTRO Fall Festival event. The Trousers of the Autumn Traveller have earthy-coloured leggings, but it is the burnt orange to brown gradiented 'skirt' part that catches your attention.
In front of each of your legs flaps extend, topped with an autumnal leaf at the shin. Brown edging round this material off nicely. The trousers have the lower part of the belt, whose "buckle" is a large leaf of the same design of the ones I just mentioned.
And, this cosmetic works well regardless of your body shape too, from what I've seen.
