Bring out the Bingo Boffin in you! The Sightseer's Straw Hat, along with the rest of the set is that which the adventuring Hobbit wears during his travels.
Unfortunately, the texture of this is not as sharp as the rest of the set, and there are other hats that may suit you better these days. I've linked other straw hats below for you, though those are from Farmers Faire, not Spring Festival.
But this original one is still on the iconic side, thanks to Bingo.
