While the LOTRO Giant Flower cosmetic is undoubtedly an impractical item during normal questing, it is a fun one to have during festival times. Indeed, you may see various players with one, especially during Spring Festival and Farmers Faire.
But this held item (or cosmetic weapon, if you wish!) cannot be acquired using 
Spring Leaves.
How to get the Giant Flower
This is a bit of a process and also involves some random numbers.
A Fistful of Flowers
The first thing you'll need to do is pick up the quest: A Fistful of Flowers

Trade them In
You have a chance at receiving a Giant Flower if you purchase a 
Green Flower Box or 
Red Flower Box.

Cross Your Fingers
