Flourished Ceremonial Helm
A LOTRO Anniversary Event Cosmetic

I can't quite figure out if the Flourished Ceremonial Helm is as practical as it is ornate? I'm going to run with this helmet being actually for ceremony and show given how much vision is restricted and the really sharp, pointy "flaps". Practicalities of war aside, this helm is actually a stunning piece of artwork and I can't think of another in-game that's like it[efn_note]I have only just reached Minas Tirith (After-Battle) so I may simply not have seen it, yet[/efn_note].

The silvery (steel?) plate-work surrounds engraved, highly polished gold-coloured metal. There is also an additional "flourish" with a bowed crest on top. The pattern of the section protecting the nose looks like a wolf's head to me, which may not be a bad thing if your enemy spots it. Assuming you wore it to battle, anyway!
