When Can I Start Rank 4?
You’ll have this part of your Conjurer Hunting Log unlocked once you meet the following requirements:
- You have cleared all of Conjurer Hunting Log Rank 3.
- You are at least Level 30.
Conjurer Hunting Log Rank 4 Targets
Reward: 30,000Reward: 11,000
Lindwurm
Number Required: 4If you're thinking that Lindwurms look a lot like Velociraptors, then you'd be correct! These ones inhabit the higher-level portion of the Central Shroud.
I've put dots on the mini-map, but that's incomplete, because another player was taking some down at the time.
You can also harvest Raptor Skins for Leatherworker crafting from a Lindwurm too.

New Gridania: Take the White Wolf GateReward: 12,000
Bigmouth Orobon
Number Required: 4Now, I know other Orobons exist in Eorzea, but correct me if I'm wrong, don't they all have gaping maws? The Bigmouth Orobon has as big a mouth as the others, right?
Anyhow, you can find them on the way to the Lower Paths from the Upper Paths of the South Shroud. Most are in the marshy, muddy water, but a few slither onto the tufts of grass around too. Just, "don't get 'et". (Name that FATE!)

Eastern La Noscea: Raincatcher GullyNearest Aetheryte
Eastern La Noscea: WineportMamool Ja Infiltrator
Number Required: 2There aren't many Conjurer-only targets in your Hunting Log Rank 4, but the Mamool Ja Infiltrator is one of them. Well, two of them.
Bear in mind that Upper La Noscea is not that big an area and various quests and FATEs bring players here. Other classes also target different Mamool Ja tribe members. So, while you may only need two, I've marked four places I found your variety on the mini-map below.
Coordinates
- X28.7, Y:21.4 (towards Zelma's Run).
- X28.6, Y:25.5 (on the southern edge towards Jijiroon's Trading Post).
- X33.2, Y:25.4 (in the eastern section and turn almost immediately right).
- X35, Y:24 (North-East of the above Mamool Ja)
Region/Area
Upper La Noscea: Bronze LakeNearest Aetheryte
Upper La Noscea: Camp Bronze LakeSandworm
Number Required: 1Sandworm Location
These are found out in Southern Thanalan, Sagolii Desert, unless the FATEs at Forgotten Springs are on. They do move around a bit, so I've marked a few locations on the map where I found them. You may need to roam a little, especially if others are also clearing that part of their hunting log. Example coords are X:16.5, Y:33.4 and X: 15.6 Y: 35.3 among other places.Involved in FATE

Bloodshore Bell
Number Required: 4How to describe the Bloodshore Bell? It's kind of like a floating, solid jellyfish, but with a more helmet-looking head. Maybe. It's made to look like it has teeth and two of its tenticles are forward facing, in a sort of Darth Sidious, floppy hand stance.
But you will have no problem find them. There are loads on the beach North of the Costa del Sol Aetheryte. Just be wary of their AoE, which gives you an interrupt debuff.

Ornery Karakul
Number Required: 4The really cute, black Ornery Karakul is your next chance to prove your prowess in battle. Just don't fail, eh? That would be embarassing!
Now, the Karakuls are actually found in two different locations. This is a good thing for two reasons. Firstly, if there are none near Camp Dragonhead, there's another spot to head to. And secondly, if you need Fleece or Karakul Skin for crafting, you can defeat one group, do the same for the second and get back around the time the first group respawns.
Just don't compete with other players for the sheep, okiday?

Deepvoid Deathmouse
Number Required: 4If you thought creatures of the Void were always black, hulking, menacing abominations, think again. The Deepvoid Deathmouse is super cute. But deadly.
Basically it is just a white Ground Squirrel but with a pinky nose, ears, feet and tail. We don't ask if that colour was the blood of its victims though. No really, don't ask.
Snakemolt
The deathmice of doom can be found all the way down the main path through Snakemolt. But the largest group is at the northern entrance, nearest to Quarrymill. I've only put two dots on, but there are more than two here, depending on respawn timers.Nearby Conjurer Rank 4 Targets

Dryad
Number Required: 4The first time I ever came across the term Dryad was in relation to Narnia, with some of those looking like living, moving trees. So, here in FFXIV in the North Shroud this type of autumnal Treant is aptly named.
There are a fair few of the walking trees towards the narrow, natural passage of Proud Creek as well as a couple in it. Just be careful if you run Smells Like Tree Spirit. While the FATE target isn't too challenging, the Dryads around it get involved thanks to Level Sync.

North Shroud: Fallgourd FloatReward: 15,000
Downy Aevis
Number Required: 4Travel to the Coerthas Central Highlands and head North to hunt your Downy Aevis. They don't appear particularly downy, but maybe the reason the Dragon is angry is because it's furrier than its counterparts.
Yeah, I'm sure it's that and not Ishgard's relentless war.
Downy Aevis Location
You'll find these in the Providence Point area, just North of the Redhorn Ogres.
While there are plenty of Aevis' here, bear in mind that the MSQ also brings players here. So if another player is defeating your dragons, please come back later.

Well, that was some journey wasn’t it? You’ve hit all of Eorzea and some of Coerthas too. And you had best get used to the snowy climes of Coerthas too, if this is your first character. You’ll be spending a lot time in and around here as you head towards Heavensward. Anyway, congrats on clearing Conjurer Hunting Log 4, and I’ll see you soon for number 5!
