For a tiny criminal gang who would rob better if they weren't so bleeding obvious, the Goblin Mugger is surprisingly easy to find. They also have a club going on - or at least it looks like they do. Apparently, the penalty for theft is death. And for the Pugilist Hunting Log, death by pummelling.
You can gate-crash their party in Western Thanalan, maybe after taking down some Nesting Buzzards.
